<asir> Give me 5 minutes
thanks prasad! :)
<scribe> scribe: toufic
agenda is at http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ws-policy-eds/2007Feb/0092.html
<plh> not as far as I know. I made some changes to accommodate the publication though
<plh> the publication I'm aware of is for the CR documents
<plh> I'm assuming the others don't get updated
<prasad> Plh, there were lots of ckins from you. Could you stay on to make us under stand?
ok let's go
again, agenda is at http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ws-policy-eds/2007Feb/0092.html
next week arrangements: Fred to chair
next week scribe: maryann
no objections to last week's minutes
http://www.w3.org/2005/06/tracker/wspolicyeds/actions/open
maryann having problems with editing files - build errors - XML not valid
asir: will get it done by next week
prasad: this is in response to questions we had about formatting scenario documents
... it's already tracked at WG level
asir: should we keep open?
prasad: should close and then reopen when addressed by WG
http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=4311
toufic: what happens when WG takes care of it? it'll come back to us
asir: yes, come back with more concrete actions
... link to directory on home page
prasad: people are submitting new use cases. how do we plan to incorporate those in scenario documents?
asir: one subdirectory is open for round 4. round 4 can accomodate many of these cases
... e.g. UDDI can go there
... some can get pushed into round 1
<prasad> Prasad: What is the process for folding in the new test cases being submitted into the scenarios that editors are maintaining (owning) now?
<asir2> xml:id test case fits into round 2, xml:base test case fits into round 1, xml media type fits into round 4, external attachment and uddi attachment fits into round 4
<asir2> Paul and Chris mentioned that these test cases will be on the top of the WG agenda for next week
<asir2> These test cases are recorded as WG bugs
<asir2> when these bugs are resolved, there will be related editorial actions
wow that's a lot of typing!
i might've found a loophole in this scribing gig
<asir2> these actions will provide the editorial team with a vehicle to integrate accepted test cases into the directory
just ask people to type in their questions
and their answers!
score!
thank you guys
daveo: what about results?
... what about publishing interop results?
asir: action does not cover results
daveo: should we open action to publish results
plh: it's whoever wants to own the resutls
daveo: submit to chairs?
plh: the chair has results document
daveo: could write a note to chairs
... we think that implementation teams should somehow organize publication (if any) of results
... suggest to chairs that implementation teams should own results and any publication thereof
<dorchard> ACTION: daveo to respond to chairs with how interop scenarios can be linked to [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/02/21-ws-policy-eds-minutes.html#action01]
<trackbot> Sorry, couldn't find user - daveo
<dorchard> ACTION: dorchard to respond to chairs with how interop scenarios can be linked to [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/02/21-ws-policy-eds-minutes.html#action02]
<trackbot> Created ACTION-171 - Respond to chairs with how interop scenarios can be linked to [on David Orchard - due 2007-02-28].
<scribe> ACTION: dorchard to suggest to chairs that implementation teams own result publications [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/02/21-ws-policy-eds-minutes.html#action03]
<trackbot> Created ACTION-172 - Suggest to chairs that implementation teams own result publications [on David Orchard - due 2007-02-28].
prasad: we had a question for felix
plh: some changes in document made by felix were not checked in
... performed unspecified magic on guideline document
... everything should be back on track if you get new copy of cvs directory
