antoine: we have a basis for discussion now

<Guus> http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/SkosIssuesSandbox

<Guus> SKOS issues list

Guus: let's take a look at the current set of issues

Ralph: the sandbox is "pre-acceptance" stage.
... we should change the title of the sandbox page.

Guus: let's take issues from the sandbox list as an example of the issue process.

Antoine: should we have the official list in the issue tracker?

Ralph: not what I heard.
... I'm confused as to which of these two pages are which.

<TomB> http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/SkosIssues

Alistair: confused too

<RalphS> [I've just retitled http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/SkosIssuesSandbox

[scribe is still confused about the status]

Guus: under the impression that we would move this to a real issues page and remove the link

Alistair: did we agree to use the wiki for SKOS issues, or tracker?
... i was under impression that it would be the wiki

Ralph: Jon had an action?

Jon: yes, regarding recipes, they are on tracker
... I preferred the tracker, esp. regarding internal linking and references

Guus: someone has to take the action to move the sandbox issues to tracker

Ralph: in the meantime, let's use the sandbox, where the content is

<Zakim> TomB, you wanted to point out the overlap between http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/IssuesProcess and http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/SkosIssues

TomB: another doc on the wiki called IssuesProcess, overlap with SkosIssues
... one way to proceed is to compare those two
... if they're the same, move sandbox to SkosIssues
... overlap is confusing, we should consolidate
... one process doc, one issues doc

Guus: let's take an issue, open it, and propose a solution
... http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/SkosIssuesSandbox#head-89dba8974eaba1e2a1253cee178d3f4b6cf5edea
... also http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/SkosIssuesSandbox#head-0e457cb9f0b2bf56983b8e4c8ffaa8c08936be46
... happy to take over this action from Antoine and propose a resolution
... propose to own this issue (from 1.3.4) and propose a resolution

<scribe> ACTION: antoine to capture the issue on capturing relationships between labels [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/01/22-swd-minutes.html#action04] [DROPPED]

<scribe> ACTION: Guus to capture the issue on capturing relationships between labels [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/01/22-swd-minutes.html#action04]

<RalphS> [SKOS] relationships between labels [Antoine 2007-02-19]

<scribe> ACTION: Guus to propose a resolution to relationships between labels by next week [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/02/20-swd-minutes.html#action11]

<RalphS> [I think we previously recorded Antoine's action as DONE. Guus has a new action to propose a resolution to issue SKOS-I-RelationshipsBetweenLabels ]

<RalphS> action -9

[scribe is lost... if someone can fill in]

Antoine: introduce a new annotation class, "link annotation", instances of this class related to literals that stand for labels we want to link

<aliman> First solution: Term-as-class

<aliman> Second solution: link as annotation based on n-ary relation pattern

Antoine: other solution is to create a new term class, that would represent the current concept labels as resources

<Zakim> RalphS, you wanted to ask for a link to a Use Case for SKOS-I-AnnotationOnLabel

<aliman> http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/SkosDesign/RelationshipsBetweenLabels use cases referenced within

Guus: maybe we should move to the issue tracker

Ralph: Antoine has been updating the issues sandbox page
... the wiki record suggests that Antoine is the primary updater for the issues sandbox
... model in mind for tracking the issues?

Antoine: not really, just a sandbox

Guus: any objections to tracker?

Ralph: Antoine did a lot of work for the sandbox page

Guus: can be done over next month

Alistair: we can split the work between Jon, Antoine, and me

Ralph: at what point do issues go into the tracker
... several things in the sandbox marked "raised"

Guus: for now, only open issues in tracker. Raised one later.

Ralph: so there is a purpose for the sandbox

<aliman> where is the issue tracker stuff?

Guus: yes, raised issues in sandbox, then moved to tracker for "open issues"

<RalphS> Tracker

Ralph: intent is owner of the issue takes an action on the issue

<JonP> http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/track/issues/26

Guus: use case document?

Antoine: Some discussion between Daniel (?) Jon and me about restricting use cases.
... agreed to limit to core use cases that fulfill requirements listed
... in the document, pointer to wiki and one-liner mentioning existence of use case
... 8 or 9 summaries in the use cases, matches what Guus said two weeks ago

Guus: check schedule feasibility next week

<Zakim> aliman, you wanted to ask about new use cases

Alistair: will mention it later

Recipes

<scribe> ACTION: Jon to update Recipe issue list as per dropping of 1.2 [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/01/22-swd-minutes.html#action11] [DONE]

<scribe> ACTION: Jon to update Recipe issue list as per resolution of issue 1.1 [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/01/22-swd-minutes.html#action10] [DONE]

<scribe> ACTION: Ralph propose resolution to Recipe issue 1.3 [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/01/22-swd-minutes.html#action14] [CONTINUES]

Guus: as Jon did his actions, assuming there was a resolution, but apparently not. Sorry, misinterpreted.

Jon: there was an action on me to mark this as resolved and make changes to doc.
... issue resolved but not closed. Marked it as closed, but noted an action to change doc.
... when action is complete, work is complete.
... lack of additional status in tracker is a limitation

(discussion of tracker features and status of issues)

<Zakim> aliman, you wanted to ask about issue process

Alistair: we've got this issues process page on the wiki
... nice if someone could take an action to reconcile the issues process page with the tool and actual process

<RalphS> ACTION: Ralph write a proposal for bringing http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/wiki/IssuesProcess and Tracker into alignment [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/02/20-swd-minutes.html#action15]

vocabulary management

<scribe> ACTION: Elisa to summarize state of Vocabulary Management draft, add comments, and coordinate work [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/01/23-swd-minutes.html#action06] [CONTINUES]

RDFa

<scribe> ACTION: [DONE] Ralph to ask Ben to request a review for RDFa primer [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/02/13-swd-minutes.html#action20]

Ben: I think I already requested that review and the reviews were done before the face-to-face
... I can ask for another set of reviews if the WG wants, but I'd like to publish soon

Guus: there were a number of comments on the Use Case document

Ben: yes, Use Cases will wait -- I'm focussing on Primer for now

Guus: I'd like to see mail saying how you've responded to the review comments
... and propose a decision to publish
... same for Use Case document when it's ready
... if there are significant changes you may wish to ask for additional comments from the reviewers before proposing to publish

Ben: the request for additional comments on Use Cases may happen this week as there have been significant changes
... we're moving quickly on test cases; Michael and Wing are making good progress
... we're also very close to having a first draft of XHTML 1.1 module
... which means we'll soon have a path to validating RDFa in XHTML1.1

<scribe> ACTION: Guus to flag the issue of RDFa REC track on the coordination group [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2007/01/23-swd-minutes.html#action03] [CONTINUES]

<TomB> face-to-face?
