This “tabulate” bookmarklet does something very simple: it looks for a link header element that refers to application/rdf+xml, and sends the corresponding URI to the (experimental version) of the tabulator. The tabulator will automatically load that RDF file, instead of starting up with its default values. Nothing fancy.
The “disco” bookmarklet one does exacly the same, but using the RDF Browser by Chris Bizer and Tobias Gauss.
In Firefox, you can just drag the “tabulate” or the “disco” link above to your bookmark bar, for example. I would expect the same for other browsers…
