Topic: Should we abandon content-negotiation on the i18n site?

drc: keep content negotiation but say at the top of the document that the real document is in english
... mediocre translation is probably better than nothing
... might stop when sees the page is in english

ri: we do have a disclaimer at the top of the page


this shows an example

ri/dc: maybe we should say more clearly that this is a volunteer translation with no guarrantee of accuracy

dc: possibly bring up the name of the translator to place just below the disclaimer

jo: add perhaps that this is unverified volunteer translation
