- suggested revision: Clarify how to proceed with different URI schemes.
- rationale: It's not clear what should be done when you find a
different URI scheme. Ignore it?

WG Notes: Um, well, er ... I am note sure where the binding between http: and https: and the underlying transport is defined. Though on closer inspection, maybe that is not what they mean. Here's my starter ...
