For each property in the CSS Style (2.3.5 CSS Style) whose value is a
numeric measure of length stated together with a unit:

If the value is non-zero and the unit is not "em" or "ex", and the property
is not a margin, border or padding box property, FAIL

What about specifying the width and height of images with intristic pixel
size?

WG Notes: Good point, since we also specify that you should include these sizes in pixels on img tags, which looks contradictory. I think the reasoning here is that it's desirable to not depend on a particular screen size, but, images are going to have a size in pixels no matter what. Go ahead and state this to help the browser.

Resolution: We specify that the size of images is specified in the HTML markup and not in CSS to allow the browser the chance to render only once. If the image size is specified in CSS that does not achieve the same effect. Add a note under this test commenting on this issue.
