Very vague and difficult to test for. The words \"meaningful sequence\" are not defined. As this is a level 1 it should be clearly defined.

Proposed Change:

Provide clear examples of when this problem occurs and how to test for it.
Define \"meaningful sequence\".

Resolution: We have modified the test procedure in G57 to describe how to test that content is meaningful. This removes the need to define "meaningful sequence". We believe the description of the technique provides an example.
