The thesis "Some people who communicate using sign language and are proficient readers may have impaired vision which may make it difficult to read the captions on the screen. A sign language interpretation may be easier to view." is misleading: Captions are zoomable, a video with a signer is not zoomable to meet impaired vision.

Proposed Change:

Suggestion: Delete it.
