Sandor: 5 responses back, ready to send to list

Andrew: watchfire and UBAccess back and submitted

Shadi: would like to have Deque, Lift and a few other big ones before we launch

Sandor: might be better if an email came from W3C rather than individuals

Shadi: not sure it would make any difference
... lets give it one more go with the small developers - try a more personal email message to avoid the spam filters
... some tools may not be maintained anymore, but lets try one more round
