Description:
I propose that we remove two best practices statements. These are minor; while I
want to note them I do not want to hold up the next release of the document.

46. Do not specify an absolute page width [PAGE_WIDTH]

This is simply subsumed by the previous best practice.
45. Do not use pixel measures and do not use absolute units in markup language
attribute values and style sheet property values [MEASURES]
Page width could be called out in this best practice as a particular example to
note.

47. Reduce the number of different font sizes [FONT_SIZES_NUMBER]

I believe that if we make a best practices on this point at all, it
should be \"use one font size.\" This accomodates simple phones that
have only one font.

I think this is too restrictive though. If we are allowing for
multiple font sizes, then the difference between 3 and 33 different
font sizes on a page is a question of design and aesthetics, and is
not really a mobile-specific best practice.

I can imagine suggesting \"don\'t use huge or tiny fonts\"; that\'s
arguably covered already in other best practices.
