- If the total number of unique external resources referenced by style, img, link,
or object elements exceeds 10, WARN
It may be a bit pedantic but I think we should say
If the total number of unique external resources referenced by CSS @import,
xml-stylesheet processing instructions, img or (qualifying *) link elements, or
object elements which refer to a supported media type exceeds 10, WARN
* qualifying link element is as per ISSUE-169 and ISSUE-168
or maybe we need a bit of editorial discretion to say \'unique external
resources\' and then explain what a qualifying external resource actually is
