- A couple of points about this:
a) @media is not supported in CSS Level 1 so the text about the handheld rule
needs to change - likewise min-width does not need to be mentioned.
b) The BP says that some images such as maps cannot avoid being wider than the
screen so FAIL is too harsh. Should be WARN.
c) Ref the note on not catching all objects that may render wider than 120 - a
case in point of this is tables. Assuming we allow tables to the DDC (ISSUE-127)
this should be specifically tested for and if wider WARN.
d) The test should really take into account the margin, border and padding.
