Figure 7 is a graphical flow chart, illustrating data-bound custom controls using YUI widgets.
The data is represented by a green triangle, which is labeled:
"xf:input". From this triangle two bi-directional
arrows flow; one, labeled "Data binding lifecycle", points
to a circular graphic, labeled "XForms data model". The second
bi-directional arrow binds the xf:input triangle to a
Calendar API Adapter, which is represented by a screen-shot of a month
laid out in an interactive calendar format.
