TP2006 Working Groups f2f and Room Allocation

The next W3C Technical Plenary will be 27 February - 03 March 2006

All rooms will be available from 8am to 6pm, with registration open at 8am, coffee break available 10-11am and 3-4pm and lunch break from noon to 2pm.

Coffee breaks will be served in the Agora area, level 0 or, weather permitting, on the terrace, level 0 as well.

Lunch buffet at Le Féréol Restaurant, level 0 (Note: Lunch will be available in 2 shifts noon-1pm and 1pm-2pm)

Links on the group names should point to each f2f agenda (exact start time, end time, break time).

Conflicts: (based on the TP2006 logistics wbs survey)

We've successfully placed the groups which were not flexible on their choice of days, we've resolved most of the no overlap constraints. We're left with 'would like to meet on the same days' constraints that are transitively unsolvable.

CDF (MT): requested no overlap w/ SVG (OK), requested to meet on the same days as: HTML (OK), CSS (not OK), XForms (not OK) and SVG (not OK because no overlap w/ SVG also requested)
Rules (MT): requested to meet on the same days as: DAWG (not OK)
If DAWG meet on Tu-Th, that would allow Rules to meet w/ DAWG on Tu only.
DI (MT): requested no overlap w/ MWBP (OK), requested to meet on the same days as: CSS (not OK), MWBP (not OK because no overlap w/ MWBP also requested)
SVG (TF): requested no overlap w/ CDF (OK), requested to meet on the same days as: CSS (OK), HTML (not OK), I18N Core (OK), SYMM (OK only on Th.), XForms (OK)
MWBP (TF): requested no overlap w/ CDF (OK), requested to meet on the same days as: CDF (not OK because no overlap w/ CDF also requested), DI (not OK)
DAWG (TF): requested no overlap w/ TAG (OK Mpm, not OK Fpm)
PF (TF): requested no overlap w/ HTML (OK), requested to meet on the same days as: CSS (OK), MWBP (OK), CDF (not OK), DI (not OK), ERT (not OK), HTML (not OK because no overlap w/ HTML also requested), MMI (not OK)
I18N Core (TF): requested to meet on the same days as: CSS (OK), DI (not OK), WSD (not OK)
