so, overall, this is the design concept we have: a header, footer, and menu on the left side

<LiamM> Presently my example breaks on FF/Moz, and would bet on Konqueror/Safari as well

<LiamM> Opera is fine, though, so will need to come up with some variances between Opera8 and IE to separate them out.

problem: site needs to resemble real site, however no resources to implement full site

liam: implement fake links (eg all links to concert lead to same page, same with news etc)

steve: split tables into several pages
