Expose collections - use Semantic Web technologies to make content available (e.g. Simile, ARKive)
Web'ify taxonomies and classification schemes - use URIs for terms (e.g. SKOS)
Web'ify services (e.g. what's related)
Think about modelling the real world, not just documents
