The W3C Workshop on Web Applications and Compound Documents

This is a public meeting - no information presented is covered by W3C confidentiality.

Attendees will need to pass through Adobe reception to enter the meeting room. Please allow enough time for this, and remember we have a lot of people to register.

Parking permits will be available from Adobe reception.

Meeting times

We have a lot of work to get through. The workshop will start promptly on 9am both days, and end at 6pm.

Again, we have a lot of presentations to get through. They will be limited strictly to 10 minutes. Question time for a presentation will be limited to 5 minutes.

Please ensure you can cover the main points of your presentation with in the allocated time. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Sorry for the late notice.

If you don't want to present, please tell Dean as soon as possible.

Meals and Refreshments

Unfortunately due to the large number of attendees, our host is unable to provide lunch. However, the Adobe cafe will be open, as are the many restaurants around San Jose.

Refreshments will be provided in the breaks.

There will be a network available. It is likely that there will be 802.11 wireless.

There will be an IRC channel called "#workshop" on the W3C public IRC server (irc.w3.org:6665). The channel will be logged and the logs made available to the world.
