A predeclared attribute in the xml namespace
Says what attribute in this (sub)tree is of type ID
<foo xml:idAttr="id" id="x1"/>
- Well formed documents have ids with inline declaration
- Issues of scoping or not, and use of qnames
- Needs very small change to instance document (one per attribute name)
