This is a namespace identifier defined in the W3C Working Draft of the HLink specification. This W3C Working Draft can be found at: http://www.w3.org/TR/hlink
The HLink specification is being developed by the W3C HTML Working Group (members only), as part of the W3C HTML Activity.
This namespace identifier may be reused in any update of the HLink specification which is made for the purpose of clarification or bug fixes. These changes will be minor in that they do not (a) change the meaning or validity of existing documents written using the namespace, or (b) affect the operation of existing software written to process such documents. The namespace identifier will change when major changes are made to the specification.
