Tom Baker - unsure it needs to be presented: This paper is about an API "to assist in the construction of valid requests" by a client interacting with a Linked Data store. The paper describes a sequence of GET and POST operations which create sub-sets ("collections") of triples, in write mode, for closer examination. Perhaps for lack of space, just how the approach helps in the construction of requests is unclear. If I have correctly understood the basic idea, it seems related to David Booth's proposal for a "pipeline" approach to validation, which would come out in a session to brainstorm requirements for RDF validation.
