ISSUE-21: Allow logical tables to be joined via either an inner or an outer join

inner/outer joins

Allow logical tables to be joined via either an inner or an outer join

Description:
Allow two logical tables to be joined via either an inner or an outer join.

I don't see any means to specify inner/outer joins as part of a
joinCondition. This would be useful in cases where null values in the joined
table are used to generate triples in the output.

Related notes:

As I understand the spec now this is not an issue. The joinCondition is only used in RefObjectMap and there is no value from being able to do an outer join because the null values would not produce any triples.

So I am closing this.
