Coordinate, facilitate and (where possible) direct the efforts of
other related groups to avoid duplication of effort and fragmentation of the
Semantic Web by way of incompatible standards and technologies. The
Coordination Group has the latitude for chartering additional Working Groups
in order to support the Activity.
