Equipments
- Bravia LCD TV (32 inch)
- Tablet device (WiFi)
- Laptop PC (Web Server)
- WiFi router
Table to put the above equipments on
- 100cmX50cm table for 32 inch TV and Laptop PC
Input/Output
- Projector at Globe Theatre with HDMI input (preferably with a long HDMI cable, e.g., 3m)
When/how to bring the above equipments
- Sony will check-in Hilton at 2pm, Sunday, so they prefer some time on Sunday before the Studio tour (2pm-4pm).
- They'd like to bring the equipments directly to the venue using their own car.
Time Warner Cable - George Sarosi
Equipments
- Samsung LCD TV (32 inch)
- Laptop PC
- STB
Table to put the above equipments on
- A table for a 32" TV, a laptop, and a STB should be fine.
Input/Output
- The output would have to come from the TV, which does not have a video out display.
- Capturing it with a camera is probably the best way to project it to the audience.
When/how to bring the above equipments
- They could do this either Sunday night or Monday morning.
- George's flight lands at 3pm on Sunday. They don't expect setup to take very long.
