Two HTML files and supporting JavaScript. html/svgTreeNav.html supports tree style navigation with marked up SVG in markup.zip. The code is crude and the marked up SVG was not refactored to improve navigation, so once the div containing the SVG gets focus you may have to use the right arrow and down arrow a couple of times before the tree starts navigating. May not work on all versions of browsers. On my windows 7 machine it works with Chrome, Firefox and IE10.

html/svgTree.html allows you to view an SVG file as a tree and emphasizes markup. Tooltips will show contents of an SVG element or the text. Tooltips over a role symbols provides the role. The only AT support is to not show the SVG as an SVG tree, which will show the SVG elements as an expandable HTML tree of unordered lists using a jQuery treeview.js. The jQuery treeview won't provide as much information as the SVG tree view.
