We have studied the RTP payload of H263. We have studied also several protocols of the IETF subgroups "avt", "mmusic". As far as the W3C is concerned, some problems are raised : - what are the relations between the videophony/videoconference and the server approach of the W3C ? - can RTP become a standard for the web with URL's which will contain "the rtp specification" ? - If one assumes that a URL is defined with the "rtp" profile, how many ports will be related to this URL ? How many applications have to be opened on the client side ? - How can we use URL from the videophony point of view ? - How can we use H263 (video standard) from the server point of view ? I hope that we take part to the workshop. Best regards Isabelle HAIGNERE
