sahirv has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts:

== [resize-observer] device-pixel-content-box should be in integral device pixels for SVG ==
Calculations for the device-pixel-content-box size for SVG elements is the same as content-box and border-box in https://www.w3.org/TR/resize-observer/#calculate-box-size.

Instead, it should be the bounding-box dimensions but in integral device pixels.
