MatsPalmgren has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [css-logical] editorial: 'text-align' section can be removed == [css-logical](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-logical-1/#text-align) claims that it adds `text-align: start | end`, but those values are already included in [css-text](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-text-3/#text-align-property), so I think this section can and should be removed.
