[wake-lock] Specify that platform-specific inactivity timer should be reset after the lock is released

andrey-logvinov has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/wake-lock:

== Specify that platform-specific inactivity timer should be reset after the lock is released ==
So that the screen doesn't go blank abruptly after some action such as playing video ends and the lock is released. This will resolve #57
