== Consider exposing RTT estimate on RTCRTPStreamStats ==
We currently have an RTT stat on a candidate pair, but the RTP spec 
defines a different RTT metric (based on RTCP and timestamp 
correlations).

Consider whether we should expose this too, and if so, how.
