Next steps on "Capture Handle"

As noted in the summary of the Call for Adoption (CfA), an objection was received, comprising 4 issues (Issue 3-6 located at Issues · WICG/capture-handle (github.com)<https://github.com/WICG/capture-handle/issues>).

After discussion among the Chairs, the proposed resolution is:

  1. Review and merge two PRs relating to use case 1:

Update Use case 1 headline to match described use case. by jan-ivar · Pull Request #7 · WICG/capture-handle (github.com)<https://github.com/WICG/capture-handle/pull/7>
Update Use-case 1 to not assume tight integration. by jan-ivar · Pull Request #8 · WICG/capture-handle (github.com)<https://github.com/WICG/capture-handle/pull/8>

  1. Create a separate document on actions:
  2. Split index.html into identity.html and actions.html + add editor by jan-ivar · Pull Request #17 · WICG/capture-handle (github.com)<https://github.com/WICG/capture-handle/pull/17>
  3.
  4.

Once the PRs are merged, the Capture Handle document can be moved to the W3C repo.
