Thank you Johannes for the issue links. Both crbug.com/325231 and
wkb.ug/43202 look a bit ambiguous to me whether people are discussing about
plain-text copy or formatted-text copy.

For the formatted-text copy, I agree it should not be applied. We'll see if
we can re-prioritize this one, but also note that contributions are greatly
appreciated.
