Styling features for Japanese subtitling

Dear CSS experts,

Please find attached a document describing the work that we have done at
Netflix to support Japanese subtitles. It has been sent already to the TTWG
mailing list, and I'm sending it here as it might be relevant for the joint
CSS/TTWG meeting on Friday.
