XHTML Validator Gives Inconsistent Results

Hi,

As of  6 May 2022  the following site gives a failure on submission to 
the W3C validator but clicking the "Revalidate" button gives a pass:

Also, when a failure is indicated the diagnostic data shown does not 
match the actual data on those lines.

Further, if Source code is requested with validation the site passes.
