Hi, I just added the concept of "environment encoding" to CSS Syntax, and defined it there for @import: http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-syntax/#environment-encoding http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-syntax/#environment-encoding-at-import It would make sense to move this to css-cascade where @import is defined, but is it possible without sending css-cascade back to LC from CR? -- Simon Sapin
