Rebecca and Sangwhan,

As far as I can see, that test's initial filename was *not* 
multicol-gap-normal-001 anyway but multicol-gap-001

http://test.csswg.org/shepherd/testcase/multicol-gap-001/

and it was *not* filename-renamed; only its associated reftest was 
filename-renamed.
