We'll start building the shared collection of open standards\, to ols\, evaluation criteria and real-world use cases for deliberation\, and plan presentations for the coming calls.\n\n**Agenda**\n\n1. **Welcome and framing:** W3C Code of Conduct\, a note on recording and transcription\, a short recap of the September call.\n2. **Action items from September:** shared collection on GitHub\, Canonical Debate Lab evaluation criteria\, r esources on broad-listening practice in Japan\, summary and path forward.\ n3. **Seeding session:** each participant names one or two standards\, too ls or use cases they know or work on\, with a few self-chosen tags.
