 egulations on age-based restrictions to online content. These regulations\
 , and their requirements\, can have significant effects on technical archi
 tectures and end users. This is a complicated technopolicy issue that is m
 oving fast–although the policy debates indicate a lack of understanding 
 about available technologies\, their capabilities and their limitations. T
 his breakout seeks to bring together people with interest and insights abo
 ut this problem\, in the hopes of advancing the discussion in a positive d
 irection. The recent [IAB/W3C workshop](https://datatracker.ietf.org/group
 /agews/about/) provides a starting point\, and will be used to shape the d
 iscussion. However\, it is clear that more work needs to be done to develo
 p\, explore\, and analyze different technical approaches to this problem s
 pace. Please join us to learn and help identify better solutions in this s
