 the COVID-19 pandemic policies\, we expect that most WG participants will 
 not be able to travel internationally to participate in TPAC offline meeti
 ngs. In order to promote direct and efficient communication among WG parti
 cipants\, W3C has set up a special venue for Chinese members\, called TPAC
  China Hub\, which provides a platform for members in China to discuss web
  standards and new technologies face-to-face.\n\nThe [MiniApps session](ht

 9:00-17:00 (UTC+8). The meeting language will be Chinese\, and topics betw
 een 13:00 and 16:30 will provide English/Chinese real-time spoken interpre
