Text Alignment

Use case
User can adjust the default text alignment to better suit their needs. Readers with low vision might prefer to have all text left-aligned instead of centred to avoid scanning pages. Publishers often justify text to avoid ragged edges, but readers with dyslexia might want to override to avoid large spaces between words.

integration with DOM and CSS so that page/region/fragment can integrate user changes without significantly altering other aspects of content
