Our mission is to improve transparency, verification, and trust in biomass supply chains through standardized digital systems.<\/p>\n\n<p> Purpose and Scope<\/p>\n\n<p>This Community Group aims to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define common data models, vocabularies, and exchange formats for biomass chain of custody information<\/li>\n<li>Improve interoperability between existing traceability systems<\/li>\n<li>Create specifications supporting sustainable biomass verification across international supply chains<\/li>\n<li>Enable digital integration between forestry, agriculture, processing, and energy production systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Who Should Participate<\/p>\n\n<p>We welcome participation from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forestry and agricultural organizations<\/li>\n<li>Bioenergy and biomaterial producers<\/li>\n<li>Sustainability certification bodies<\/li>\n<li>Supply chain technology providers<\/li>\n<li>Policymakers and regulators<\/li>\n<li>Academic and research institutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Join us in shaping open technologies that enhance transparency, reduce administrative burden, and support verified sustainability claims throughout the biomass supply chain.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n<p>\n    You are invited to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.w3.org\/community\/groups\/proposed\/#boost-01\">support the creation of this group<\/a>.\n    Once the group has a total of 5 supporters, it will be launched and people can join to begin work.
