The Mixed Reality Service Community Group will work to define an open protocol that provides a mapping between geospatial or virtual coordinates and URIs.<\/p>\n
Mixed Reality Service has numerous applications in areas as varied as gaming, autonomous vehicles, health & safety, and affordances for the disabled. More details can be found at mixedrealitysystem.org<\/a><\/p>\n This group will expand upon the work presented at WWW1<\/a>, and re-introduced in a lightning talk<\/a> at the initial WebVR meeting in October 2016. <\/p>\n You are invited to support the creation of this group<\/a>. Once the group has a total of five supporters, it will be launched and people can join to begin work.
