Currently majority of enforcement relies on identifying unlicensed content, contact publisher or hoster, followed up by DMCA’s or proof of ownership\/licensing.<\/p>\n
You are invited to support the creation of this group<\/a>. Once the group has a total of five supporters, it will be launched and people can join to begin work.
