The Schema Generator Community Group has been proposed by Hans Polak:<\/p>\n
Schema Generator is an existing Free Software tool that helps generate valid XML Schema output. This output can be validated with W3C.org Schema validator.<\/p>\n
* This is, in effect, related to schema.org. However, I feel that the schema.org mailing list is geared towards ontologies, and discussing the features of the tool might be distracting for some.<\/p>\n
* The tool already generates a subset of valid schemas in microdata, JSON-LD or RDFa.<\/p>\n
It must be extended to add ‘Roles’ and some other features like repetitions. A major rewrite would be required for the generation of example schemes for proposed ontologies.<\/p>\n
The source code is available here .<\/p>\n
The goal of this group is to discuss specifications to improve the tool.<\/p>\n
You are invited to support the creation of this group<\/a>. Once the group has a total of five supporters, it will be launched and people can join to begin work.
