This charter incorporates the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #006ec6\" title=\"comments on version 0.2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.w3.org\/community\/webpaymentsigcharter\/wiki\/Main_Page#Comments_received_on_v0.2_.28published_4_June_2014.29\">comments received on version 0.2<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333333\">This version is a relatively minor revision that integrates the comments receive. There is no major change compared to version 0.2 and I believe that we are getting close to a stabilized version.
