This is required by W3C to provide recommendations. We thought it might be a good place to start our collaboration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1b-EPW-gDRj6kWNoQmUhhPVLwq6ChiJAgkiDxvO7sS6s\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">find the draft in this Google Doc<\/a>. It is unfinished and very rough. Please add comments, content, edits, and suggestions to the document when you can.
