{"id":1136,"date":"2016-02-29T01:57:17","date_gmt":"2016-02-29T01:57:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.w3.org\/community\/odrl\/?p=1136"},"modified":"2016-02-29T01:57:17","modified_gmt":"2016-02-29T01:57:17","slug":"announce-w3c-poe-working-group","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.w3.org\/community\/odrl\/2016\/02\/29\/announce-w3c-poe-working-group\/","title":{"rendered":"Announce: W3C POE Working Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear ODRL CG, I am pleased to announce that the W3C has approved the new &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.w3.org\/2016\/poe\/\" target=\"_blank\">Permissions and Obligations Expression<\/a>\u201d (POE) Working Group.<\/p>\n<p>The group is primarily <a href=\"https:\/\/www.w3.org\/2016\/poe\/charter\" target=\"_blank\">charted<\/a> to take the CG specs through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.w3.org\/2015\/Process-20150901\/#Reports\" target=\"_blank\">W3C Process<\/a> to \u201cRecommendation\u201d status and may produce additional \u201cNotes\u201d related to best practice.<\/p>\n<p>The WG archives will be open to all to read and we will cross-post any and all important milestones\/requests to the CG.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to note that this CG will continue (even after the WG completes it work) and will always act as the community for ODRL\/POE.<\/p>\n<p>Cheers &#8211; Renato<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear ODRL CG, I am pleased to announce that the W3C has approved the new &#8220;Permissions and Obligations Expression\u201d (POE) Working Group.
