Syntax and Semantics for the Core Profile
This is the first deliverable, a baseline or core profile, which whilst minimal, is most likely to produce the expected output on a majority of implementations. It is not intended to cover all syntax of the current MD
A separate wiki page will be used for the intermediate profile, which will capture more of the commonly used syntax.
Paragraphs
Definition. A paragraph Starts with 0..3 (optional) \s characters, continues with arbitrary text and terminates with \n\ws*\n | \n\ws*EOF | EOF
Semantic. A transform produces a flow of text with breaks in the block progression direction before and after the paragraph.
