This can be a very legally challenging industry to deal with when it comes to compliance.<\/p>\n
The main issue is the multiple jurisdictions that need to be taken into account.<\/p>\n
There are 3 main jurisdictions that will end up interacting and causing compliance issues:<\/p>\n
1- Location of end user<\/p>\n
2- Location of client<\/p>\n
3- Location of call center<\/p>\n
We have created a major database of compliance issues. So our system automatically recognizes when, for example, a client in the UK can’t be serviced by India by a US company for XYZ reasons.<\/p>\n
Based on this information, leads are loaded into our different systems.
