Introduction

The primary focus is for virtual world infrastructure, land management, marketing, and avatar communication. Our team has been working within the 3D Virtual Worlds since 2004. We have the experience and ability to create well needed solutions for the growing metaverse industry. We are developing systems that will be interchangeable between all the virtual worlds.

Real Estate: (www.slPropertySearch.com)

We have developed an easy to use, interoperable MLS system for buying, renting, and selling homes and properties in multiple virtual worlds. SL Property Search is very easy to use. A landowner can simply drop our land sign onto the land, and it will configure itself. Just add your selling price and it is ready and active. Our land sign is very informative with all the information needed to decide. Each sign has options for buyers to contact our sales staff, rent or purchase the land. Buyers can also pay with several virtual world currencies, L$, GT and PayPal. We estimate 4700 active landowners, with the potential of more with this new easy to use system.

Fashion:

Fashion is largely used within virtual worlds. Currently, our assets include shopping malls and venues designed to host fashion shows. Fashion shows are an important event within the metaverse. We currently run several top-level and highly produced fashion shows, all of which are well attended events by in-world residents. The attire showcased by the avatar models greatly influence fashion styles across several virtual worlds.

Entertainment:

Entertainment includes the “City Life Game”, which will have major influence over that of the Second Life economy, as well as the economies of other virtual worlds in the metaverse. Playing for tokens within the game allows vendors such as fashion stores to accept game tokens as payment. People can purchase game tokens via PayPal and cash out game tokens via the same payment method. The City Life Game will allow players to click on the prize stand and collect a prize, virtual game tokens, and experience points. Anyone can use this prize stand at their location to attract players. This becomes a traffic generator for them. Players can easily buy and sell the prizes they find while playing the game. The game will introduce the use of GT’s (Game Tokens an erc20 blockchain) as a virtual world currency, this virtual currency will be available to players in multiple virtual worlds.

Communication:

Communicator devices are being developed for the communication network where avatars can chat and interact with other avatars across the many virtual worlds by using our communicator devices. Basic communicator, a smart communicator with the ability to add plugin games and applications. We also have a tablet underway that will function in much of the same way.

Stay tuned for updates on the development of each of these items for the metaverse. We are taking it by storm.
