The\u00a0schema.org site\u00a0directly refers to our &#8220;General Automotive Ontology&#8221; (GAO) initiative, prominently at <a href=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/Car\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/schema.org\/Car<\/a>\u00a0and on individual automotive property pages, and mentions our work in the\u00a0official\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.schema.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">schema.org blog<\/a>, as well as\u00a0in the <a href=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/docs\/releases.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">release notes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Automotive Ontology Working Group started as an informal community at the Makolab Semantic Day 2013 in Paris. It is good to see how this initiative is gaining traction and international visibility. But of course we there is more work ahead of us, like additional conceptual elements for car configurations.
